JED, Crestron, and Pixie Control systems, once installed, users have a touch panel or switch to control lights, curtains, blinds, volume, input sources (DVD, Laptop, Network etc) and output devices (Projector Screen, Plasma, Rear Projection, TV etc. etc.). All of this in one simple to use control device.
If you require an interactive option, instead of using a standard OHP, why not introduce a visualiser (modern OHP), or even consider an interactive whiteboard. With either ones, anything written on the board, can be saved on a PC linked to the system or printed, to avoid having to recreate the notes again after the presentation.
